OUR ACTIVITY

Frigosur was created in 1989 in the city of Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Mar del Plata is a coastal city and features the country´s main fishing port.

This location provides us access to the finest daily fish selections for fish processing, thus ensuring compliance with both domestic and international standards.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Frigosur produces high-quality selected fish and seafood which maintain their original freshness, color and flavor during all processing stages.

FACILITIES

Our industrial plant was inaugurated in 2003, allowing us to optimize services to our customers and to furnish the most demanded products, such as regular IQF and Fish Blocks, at the principal fish markets.

The plant features state-of-the-art machinery and equipment and a staff of qualified professionals and employers.

As a result, we are able to process and freeze an ample variety of product types, in a large range of formats and packaging, meeting customer requirements and ensuring optimum sanitary conditions in the process.

Product processing takes place in a highly-hygienic environment, and an efficient control system assures that products will maintain good flavor quality.

In addition, a chemical lab runs on-line daily analysis.
